Must be able to implement policies and procedures in order to maintain an appropriate level of control, fairness and safety. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.
Requirements
- Basic ability to swim 500 yards
- Basic ability to tread water
- Basic ability to dive down 15 feet
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Ability to work as a team
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment

Responsibilities
- Manage aquatics facility
