We are currently seeking a Externship Assistant to join our team at our Santa Ana Campus. In this position you will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and successful completion of student externships for our programs. This role serves as the primary bridge between students and externship sites, ensuring students are fully prepared, appropriately matched, and continuously supported throughout their clinical experience. The Externship Assistant works closely with the Site Developer and the Director to ensure externship placements are efficient, compliant, and lead to successful program completion and employment opportunities. The Externship Assistant is also responsible for updating and managing hospital seat/slot management systems. This position requires strong student engagement, employer communication and hands-on support to ensure high externship completion rates, low attrition, and strong extern-to-hire outcomes.
