  • 3+ years of experience in feed management for search and social.
  • Deep understanding of data feed optimization and management.
  • Experience with search and social channels, including Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
  • Familiarity with feed management tools such as Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or GoDataFeed.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Merchant Center and Facebook Product Catalog
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product feeds for various search and social channels, including Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
  • Monitor feed performance and implement strategies/tests to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Troubleshoot any issues with feed uploads, data formatting, or channel-specific requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to search and social platform algorithms and feed requirements and develop POVs when necessary.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that product feeds are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for performance.
  • Educate junior team members on best practices for feed management through trainings
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Present feed performance data and insights to clients.
