About The Position

Keystone Management, LLC is seeking a dependable and mature individual with a strong work ethic to join their team as an External Cleaner at Atlanta-area Marta station locations. This role involves using high-pressure equipment to clean concrete and steel structures, operating lifts for high-area cleaning, stripping and sealing floors, cleaning and polishing stainless steel, wiping windows and signs, sweeping and blowing debris, and trash removal. The position requires flexibility for various shifts, the ability to follow instructions, and work in challenging conditions including loud noise, fumes, and moving machinery. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 60 pounds, work outdoors in all weather, and have reliable transportation. Travel to Atlanta-area sites is involved, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
General labor experience preferred.
Experience using high-pressure tools preferred.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Detail-oriented.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass Keystone Management background checks, driving history, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Pressure wash and clean concrete and steel structures.
Operate a lift to pressure wash and clean high areas (over 7 feet).
Strip and seal floors.
Clean and polish stainless steel.
Wipe windows.
Wipe low and high signs.
Sweep and blow leaves and debris.
Remove trash from the premises.
Flexibility to be present for all shifts to support the team and/or building as needed.
Follow instructions and take direction from others on the team.
Use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning, and pulling.
Work in conditions that include loud noise, fumes, and working on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods.
Work outside in all weather conditions.
Lift 60 pounds without assistance.
Perform other duties assigned.
