Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in residential sidings installation and/or general construction
- Solid working knowledge of exterior trim and siding installation, and general construction
- Supervisor and subcontractor experience
- Ability to travel from job site to job site
Responsibilities
- Monitor progress for all self-performing work, subcontractor coordination, supervision, and job site safety
- Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day work to perform roofing installation or other related tasks
- Manage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, labor and materials
- Daily review of “work in place” and compliance of work with plans
- Manage overall safety of the job site
- Maintain daily paperwork such as time cards, field reports, etc.
