James & Whitney Co. is seeking an Exterior Sales Specialist to lead homeowner outreach and guide clients through exterior upgrades with confidence. This role involves owning the sales process from first contact to final completion, ensuring homeowners feel supported and informed. The specialist will drive new business through various channels, conduct site visits, deliver professional quotes, and manage their sales pipeline using a CRM. Collaboration with the Sales Director and support for production and operations teams are also key aspects of the position. Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through networking, door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and community events.
  • Respond to incoming leads immediately and schedule site visits.
  • Conduct 15–20 site visits per week, providing expert inspections and education on roofing and exterior systems.
  • Deliver professional quotes within 24 hours.
  • Manage sales pipeline through CRM.
  • Maintain pricing standards and uphold profitability benchmarks.
  • Follow up post-sale to gather referrals and feedback.
  • Partner with the Sales Director to develop and execute revenue strategies.
  • Communicate project details accurately to support production and operations teams.
  • Assist with material sourcing when needed.
  • Participate in all sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Contribute creative ideas to marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, professional company vehicle and report any necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate vehicle registration and insurance with the admin team.
  • Track and submit company credit card usage for accountability.
