Requirements

Proven track record in sales, ideally in the decking or home improvement industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with decking materials, designs, and construction is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at their residences to assess needs and present tailored decking solutions.
Conduct accurate on-site measurements and assessments to develop proposals.
Prepare and present detailed pricing and proposals to customers with a focus on value and design.
Negotiate terms and close sales in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
