Exterior Sales Representative (Retail + Insurance)
About The Position

Waddle Exteriors is hiring a well-rounded Exterior Sales Rep in the Des Moines market who can self-generate, close retail jobs, and capitalize on insurance opportunities. Why This Role: Retail reps who can close consistently are hard to find-and we reward them accordingly. If you're tired of chasing bad leads or inconsistent support, this gives you a stronger platform to grow.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in exterior sales (roofing, siding, windows, etc.)
- Proven production: $500K+ in retail sales (last 12 months)
- Insurance experience is a strong plus
- Strong closer with ability to generate your own pipeline
- Clean driving record + valid driver's license
- High ownership mindset-this role rewards self-starters

Responsibilities
- Run appointments and close retail roofing, siding, and exterior projects
- Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and local prospecting
- Work insurance opportunities when available
- Manage projects from sale to completion
- Build long-term relationships and repeat business
