Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement preferred)
• Strong closer with a hunter mentality
• Confident in in-home sales environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Roofing, siding, or storm/insurance experience

Responsibilities

• Run in-home consultations with homeowners
• Inspect exterior projects (roofing, siding, gutters, windows)
• Create and present estimates
• Close deals on-site
• Manage pipeline and follow up consistently
• Generate referrals and repeat business
