About The Position

Do you like to work outdoors and stay busy? Would you like to be a part of an exciting and growing company? Anderson Communities is seeking an Exterior Technician to join the team in the Greater Lexington area. This is a full-time position and offer a great benefits package!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Focus and attention to great customer service
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation throughout work day required
• Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance
• Must be felony free

• previous Groundskeeping experience

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community
• Clean up of trash and debris for property, breezeways and common areas
• Power Washing
• Brush removal
• Check exterior lighting
• Check pool and maintain a clean clubhouse
• Notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs
• Other duties as necessary
