About The Position

Our Exterior Division specializes in storm damage restoration and retail exterior improvements, including roofing, siding, windows, and decks. With Minnesota’s hail and wind seasons, we provide a steady flow of opportunity—combined with a growing retail market for homeowners upgrading their properties. We are seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our Exterior Division. This role focuses on both insurance restoration and retail sales, giving you multiple revenue streams and year-round earning potential. You’ll inspect properties, meet with homeowners, manage projects, and close deals—while leveraging company-provided leads and your own prospecting efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows, and decks)
• Generate and close both insurance and retail sales
• Work with homeowners on storm damage claims and upgrades
• Manage jobs from inspection through project completion
• Build referral networks (realtors, property managers, etc.)
• Follow up on company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
