Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect exterior projects when needed
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Home improvement experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss exterior remodeling needs
- Conduct in-home sales consultations and inspections
- Recommend roofing, siding, window, door, and exterior solutions
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Work closely with project management and installation teams
- Generate referrals and help grow the company’s reputation
