About The Position
Joyce Factory Direct is seeking experienced installation crews to support our growing operations in Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. We offer year-round work and piece-rate compensation for window and sunroom installations. We have a large backlog of sold projects, consistent work, and provide dedicated production and scheduling support. Products are staged and ready for pickup, and projects are fully measured before reaching your schedule.
Requirements
- Established installation crew
- Own truck, trailer, and installation equipment
- Valid driver's license and liability insurance
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Responsibilities
- Replacement window installation
- Vinyl siding installation
- Sunroom and patio enclosure installation
- Exterior trim and finish carpentry
- Residential exterior remodeling
