About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking experienced installation crews to support our growing operations in Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers year-round work and piece-rate compensation for installations of windows, siding, and sunrooms. We provide a large backlog of sold projects, direct deposit upon job completion, and dedicated production and scheduling support.

Requirements

• Established installation crew
• Own truck, trailer, and installation equipment
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe jobsite

Nice To Haves

• Replacement window installation experience
• Vinyl siding installation experience
• Sunroom and patio enclosure installation experience
• Exterior trim and finish carpentry experience
• Residential exterior remodeling experience
