Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior construction, finish carpentry, roofing, siding, or gutter installation
Experience installing and repairing fascia and soffit is required
Ability to read a tape measure and use standard construction tools
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation to our shop
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
