About The Position

Spectrum Signs & Graphics LLC is seeking an experienced full-time or part-time Interior and Exterior Sign Installer to join their Sign division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for signage and graphics and be adept at installing a variety of interior and exterior sign types. This role involves working on engaging projects and offers career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements

Ability to comfortably work from heights.
Ability to operate bucket truck and boom lifts.
Ability to accurately take measurements and conduct site surveys.
Proficiency working with tools.
Ability to climb ladders/staging.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to function effectively as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience working within the large format and signage field.
Experience working with vinyl adhesives, dimensional letters and channel letters, and pylon signs.
Experience working with ladders and/or staging installation work.
General understanding of related substrates and finishing materials.
Some working knowledge of low voltage electric.
Creativity and ability to problem-solve on site.
Ability to multi-task and manage a diverse range of requests and projects.
Interest in being closely connected to the production of the projects you are tasked with.
High energy with the ability to work independently and with an extended team.
Dedication to providing excellent support to our customers.

Responsibilities

Installing exterior signs and graphics, including vinyl, lightbox cabinets, and channel lettering.
Installing interior signs and graphics, including ADA plaques, room ID signs, wayfinding, and vinyl.
Driving commercial vehicles.
Digging holes for sign foundations.
Performing frequent climbing, squatting, and standing.
Utilizing fine motor skills for using tools and gripping products/signs.
