Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Responsibilities
- Plant, transplant, fertilize, prune, and weed flower beds, annuals, turf, trees, and shrubs using proper horticultural practices.
- Monitor plant health by checking soil moisture, fertilizer needs, and overall appearance to keep our greenery thriving.
- Masterfully use a variety of hand tools and equipment—from pruning shears and loppers to fertilizer spreaders and sod knives.
- Implement smart pest management and oversee efficient irrigation and watering techniques using sprinklers and hoses.
- Proactively inspect outdoor work areas to identify safety hazards and ensure our resort grounds always meet five-star appearance standards.
