Sparkle Squad is seeking positive individuals who enjoy working outdoors to join their team as Exterior Care & Holiday Lighting Technicians. This role involves performing premium exterior care services, including window cleaning up to 60 feet, gutter clearing, and pressure washing. During the fourth quarter, technicians will specialize in holiday lighting, designing and installing displays for high-end properties. The company emphasizes a high-tech, premium approach to exterior care, utilizing advanced systems and a strong work ethic. Technicians are the brand ambassadors, expected to uphold professionalism and manage their daily tasks through a digital backend system. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Reliability and ability to treat company equipment with care.
- Growth mindset and a desire to improve team efficiency.
- Ability to show up on time, in uniform, and with professionalism.

- Experience with ladder work (some is required despite the use of poles).
Responsibilities
- Execute the "Squad Execution" process with micro-detail precision.
- Operate advanced technology such as telescopic poles and purified water systems.
- Perform premium exterior care services including window cleaning (up to 60ft), gutter clearing, and pressure washing.
- Design and install holiday lighting displays during Q4.
- Manage the day via the ServiceMinder digital backend.
- Uphold "Old School" professionalism, including punctuality and proper uniform.
- Treat company equipment with care.
- Participate in community impact initiatives like local charity cleans and "Superhero Day".
