About The Position

Olympia Subaru is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Express Technician to join their fast-paced and supportive service team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry while working with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and top-tier customer care. The position is hourly with a salary range of $18.00 - $24.00.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to Service Advisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist in shop organization and customer satisfaction efforts
