About The Position
Olympia Subaru is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Express Technician to join their fast-paced and supportive service team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry within a team that values integrity, teamwork, and top-tier customer care. The position is hourly and located at Olympia Subaru in Olympia, WA.
Requirements
- Prior automotive experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to Service Advisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in shop organization and customer satisfaction efforts
