Requirements

2+ years of lube technician or express tech experience at a dealership is preferred
Must possess a basic set of tools (or a strong willingness to acquire them).
21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean, solid driving history.
Able to comfortably perform the physical duties required in a high-volume, fast-paced shop.
A track record of punctuality, and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality, fast-paced routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and report potential maintenance or safety repair needs.
Test, jump-start, and replace batteries, alongside performing professional tire repairs, mounting, and balancing.
Maintain a productive workflow to ensure guest vehicles are serviced accurately within promised timeframes.
Keep your tools organized and workspace clean, strictly adhering to all dealership and OSHA safety protocols.
Accurately log all work performed and parts used, communicating seamlessly with Service Advisors.
