About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for providing remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes hands-on retail work related to stocking products, customer service, and merchandising. The clerk helps keep assigned areas stocked, clean, safe, and organized so the store is prepared for customers. The posting also describes overnight stocking work and other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
