About The Position

This entry-level team member position delivers remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The description also outlines stocking work: keeping shelves supplied, moving products from pallets or carts to shelf locations, maintaining back-room areas, coordinating with leadership, and helping keep store operations running smoothly. The position works overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and provide product knowledge.
Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations accurately and efficiently.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
