About The Position

Suburban CDJR of Troy is seeking an experienced Express Service Writer to join their team. This role is crucial for managing the customer experience from the initial greeting through the completion of repair orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for building trust with customers, setting accurate expectations, and serving as the primary communication link between customers and automotive technicians. Key aspects of the role include professional and warm customer greetings, active listening to identify service needs, clear communication of recommendations and solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Automotive professional with a proven track record in service writing
• Ability to build trust with customers
• Ability to keep repair orders running smoothly
• Ability to communicate confidently with technicians

• Strong communication skills

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older
