About The Position
Friendly Chevrolet is seeking a self-motivated and high-performing individual fit for the position of Automotive Service Advisor. The candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, enthusiasm, and extraordinary customer service skills. Friendly Chevrolet is one of the largest Chevrolet dealerships in MN and is looking to add exceptional talent and leadership to their team.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Reliability, enthusiasm, friendliness and a positive "team-player" attitude
- A leader in service with verifiable CSI scores
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
Nice To Haves
- General Motors experience a plus
- Ex-Military and/or Bi-lingual is always a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee express lube operations to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Build relationships with Friendly Chevrolet’s guests and provide world class customer service
- Provide store-level leadership to Express Lane’s members through coaching, training, and performance management
- Create work schedules, ensuring proper staffing coverage so business needs are met
- Manage daily operations, service bay organization, store readiness and inventory levels
- Increase sales, improve store profitability, and reduce expenses
- Review applicants, conduct interviews and provide training to hired staff
