About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our growing service team. This position is responsible for managing the Express Service Lane , assisting customers with routine maintenance services, and ensuring a fast, efficient, and professional service experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment , communicates effectively with customers and technicians, and is highly organized.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge is helpful
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Write repair orders for express maintenance services including: Oil changes Tire rotations Multipoint inspections Battery replacements Cabin and engine air filters Wiper blade replacements Other quick maintenance services
  • Accurately document customer concerns and service requests
  • Communicate service recommendations and pricing clearly
  • Coordinate workflow with express technicians to maintain efficient turnaround times
  • Monitor vehicle progress and keep customers updated
  • Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and closed properly
  • Promote maintenance services and manufacturer recommended services
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSI standards
