Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Write repair orders for Express Services, including: Oil changes, Tire rotations, Multi-point inspections, Battery services, Air filter and cabin filter replacement, Wiper blade replacement, Other routine maintenance services
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and manufacturer service intervals.
• Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
• Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and answer customer questions.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every visit.
