Requirements
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Schedule express service appointments.
- Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend additional needed service.
- Provide complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
- Check on repair progress throughout the day.
- Contact customers about changes to estimates or promised completion times.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
