Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers in the service drive, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service at all times.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds to identify and communicate necessary maintenance or repairs.
  • Accurately write and invoice repair orders, maintaining clear and professional documentation.
  • Take full ownership of the customer experience by performing additional tasks that leave a positive and lasting impression on every customer.
  • Provide concierge-level support for all owner inquiries, both over the phone and in person, ensuring no customer concerns are overlooked or mishandled.
  • Advise customers honestly and thoughtfully on necessary repair and maintenance work, always prioritizing their best interests.
