Requirements
- Automotive or customer-service experience preferred
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers
- Able to multitask and stay organized when things get busy
- Dependable, motivated, and ready to learn
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
- A teammate who brings good energy to the drive
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and get their service visit started
- Write up express maintenance and service needs
- Keep customers updated on timing and recommendations
- Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving
- Review maintenance needs and help customers understand their options
- Deliver a quick, easy, and positive customer experience
