About The Position

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced Express Service team where efficiency, communication, and customer experience are key. Olympia Subaru is hiring an Express Service Advisor to support our quick service lane and help keep customers moving. As an Express Service Advisor, you will assist customers through routine maintenance services, focusing on speed, accuracy, and clear communication.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Sales mindset with customer-first approach
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license
Maintain an acceptable driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Automotive customer service experience a plus
Desire to grow into a full Service Advisor role

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with quick service needs
Write basic repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
Communicate service recommendations clearly and efficiently
Coordinate with express technicians to keep workflow moving
Provide status updates and ensure timely vehicle delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and repair orders
Deliver a positive, efficient customer experience
