Responsibilities

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and gather vehicle and customer information.
Inspect vehicles for any necessary bodywork and inform the customer.
Obtain customer agreement for repairs, provide cost estimates, and estimated completion times.
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturer specifications.
Address and resolve minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
Monitor repair progress and update customers on any changes to the estimate or timeline.
Handle phone inquiries and return messages promptly.
Deliver vehicles to customers, answer questions, review work performed, and explain charges.
Refer potential sales leads to the new and pre-owned sales departments.
Provide assistance to the service manager as needed.
Adhere to company safety procedures to avoid exposure to hazardous materials.
