Express Lube Technician
About The Position
Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh is seeking an Entry Level Technician for their Express Lube team. This role involves performing fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks, inspecting filters and belts, rotating tires, and maintaining a clean work environment. The schedule includes rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 3 pm. The starting pay is $17.00-$20.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for Saturday work.
Requirements
- A can-do attitude and solid work ethic
- Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks
- Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems
- Rotate tires and check air pressure
- Keep bays race shop clean and organized
- Provide friendly, informative service to every guest
