Requirements

• Entry-level candidates welcome
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Flexible scheduling availability
• Valid driver's license
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must have valid identification and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

• No prior dealership experience required
• Basic mechanical knowledge helpful-but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and filter replacements
• Complete tire rotations and basic tire repairs
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections (fluids, battery, lights, tire pressure)
• Communicate maintenance needs to Service Advisors
• Keep customer vehicles clean and cared for
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
• Work closely with experienced technicians and leadership
