About The Position

Kendall Honda of Eugene is seeking an Express Lube Service Advisor to join their Honda Service team. This role is crucial in serving clients throughout the community and acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department, aiming to build lifelong service customers. The position requires a candidate with high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills. The ability to recommend Honda repairs and prioritize them for customers is essential. Dealership experience is preferred, but service writing experience is not required.

General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance.

Responsibilities

Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
