About The Position

Wilde East Towne Honda is seeking an Express Lube Advisor to join their award-winning team. This is an opportunity to work with a high-volume dealership recognized for its customer satisfaction and strong community presence. The Express Lube Advisor will be responsible for greeting service customers, identifying concerns, and managing the repair order process from creation to vehicle delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to explain service needs and pricing clearly, and a commitment to providing a knowledgeable, low-pressure customer experience.

Requirements

Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.
Team-player mentality
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Greet service customers, identify concerns, and complete a vehicle walk-around.
Build accurate repair orders in ADP based on customer concerns and recommended services.
Explain service needs, pricing, repair timelines, and multi-point inspection recommendations clearly.
Obtain customer authorization for repairs, additional services, and updated estimates before work proceeds.
Dispatch repair orders to technicians and coordinate workflow based on department procedures.
Partner with technicians to understand diagnoses, repair needs, and completed work.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with status updates and revised completion times.
Review completed services, final charges, and repair recommendations with customers at vehicle delivery.
Process service payments accurately and ensure a professional, efficient vehicle handoff.
Support the Sales-to-Service process by welcoming new customers and introducing them to the dealership's service experience.
