Requirements

You will have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
You have previous experience in automotive service, express maintenance, retail automotive, or a customer-facing environment.
You have knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
You can accurately create and maintain repair orders, service recommendations, and customer records.
You are comfortable using computers, tablets, and dealership management systems.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and create a positive first impression in the service drive.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding vehicle maintenance needs and recommending appropriate services.
Schedule and coordinate express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections, and other routine maintenance.
Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally.
Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the service process and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Partner with technicians and service team members to ensure quality repairs and timely service completion.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
Accurately document customer concerns, service requests, and completed work in dealership systems.
Follow all company, manufacturer, and safety procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and work area.
Help drive service department success by promoting maintenance programs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
