About The Position

The Express Lube Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, listening to their concerns, recommending services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with technicians and the service department to ensure timely service delivery and upselling additional services and products.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service management.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Prior Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities
