As one of Oklahoma’s busiest Hyundai dealerships, we’re looking for an experienced Express Lane Shop Foreman to lead our Quick Service team, mentor technicians, and help us continue providing fast, high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations. Requirements

Previous leadership experience in an automotive service department preferred.
Hyundai dealership experience is highly preferred; other OEM dealership experience will also be considered.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
ASE certifications are a plus.
Hyundai certifications are preferred or willingness to obtain them.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support Express Lane and Maintenance Technicians.
Dispatch work to maximize technician productivity and minimize customer wait times.
Perform quality control inspections before vehicles are returned to customers.
Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair procedures when needed.
Ensure all repairs meet Hyundai factory standards and warranty requirements.
Maintain efficient shop workflow while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Work closely with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair updates and estimated completion times.
Train and mentor entry-level technicians as they advance through their careers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
