About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity at our Mesa, AZ facility for an Export Customer Service Representative! With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan, local sales offices throughout the world and on-site applications support, FUJIFILM Electronic Materials supplies the world's top tier semiconductor manufacturers with a broad array of products and services used throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process. The Export Customer Service Representative will be responsible for follow through of all phases of customer order processing for assigned accounts. They serve as primary contact for the customer and liaison to other company departments to provide total order fulfilment.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience is required; preferably in Supply Chain environment utilizing SAP preferred.
SAP experience required.
Some experience with denied party screening preferred.
Excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; good general office skills (filing, typing) and good organizational skills required.
Ability to demonstrate good multi-tasking skills working within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work in positive and collaborative manner.
Work closely with various departments to maintain a smooth workflow and meet demanding customer needs.
Knowledge of IATA/IMDG, for processing Hazardous shipment documentation preferred.
