Requirements

High School Diploma – BA or BS in business or foreign language a plus
Fluency in Spanish & English
2-3 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience, preferably Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Process units and parts orders from international distributors, KES, and customers as assigned.
Build & maintain strong relationships with international distributors, KES, and customers as assigned. This includes providing a high level of customer service through e-mail correspondence, Microsoft Teams, and telephone.
Liaison between international sales team, distributors, customers, and factory staff members.
Acts as advocate for international distributors, KES, and customers with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Follows U.S. export regulatory requirements and compliance requirements with international trade.
Financial goals as established by Taylor’s leadership
