About The Position
The expo is responsible for coordinating completed food orders, checking accuracy and presentation, and ensuring customers receive complete and properly prepared orders. Expo is also responsible for making all shakes, floats, and ice cream cups.
Requirements
- Accuracy, communication, speed, organization, and attention to detail are absolutely essential.

Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming orders and communicate with all kitchen stations.
- Coordinate grill, fry, buns, and other kitchen stations to complete orders efficiently.
- Verify every order before it leaves the kitchen.
- Check for correct food items, toppings, sauces, sides, and modifications.
- Ensure food is properly portioned and presented.
- Identify missing or incorrect items before the order reaches the customer.
- Communicate corrections clearly and respectfully to kitchen employees.
- Keep the expo area clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
- Assist with prioritizing orders during busy periods.
- Maintain awareness of ticket times and communicate delays to management and the appropriate team members.
- Work closely with all employees to ensure smooth service.
- Make all shakes, floats, and ice cream cups according to Blue Sky recipe and standards.
