About The Position

As the Expo, you’re the link between the kitchen and the dining room. You are the final set of eyes on every plate before it hits the table, ensuring each dish looks great, meets standards, and gets to guests fast and fresh.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay focused in fast-paced environments.
  • Reliability, organization, and teamwork.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Neat, clean appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the line moving by communicating clearly with both kitchen staff and servers.
  • Check plating, portion sizes, and presentation to make sure everything is just right.
  • Garnish and finish dishes when needed before they go out.
  • Keep an eye on ticket times and help the kitchen stay on pace.
  • Maintain a clean, clutter-free expo station at all times.
  • Follow sanitation standards.
  • In some locations, assist with to-go orders and answer phones when needed.
