About The Position
The Salina Country Club is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Expo Person to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of food orders to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered promptly. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Check each plate for presentation and accuracy before it is served.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized expo station
