Expo/Host - Balkan Restaurant
About The Position
Expo/Hosts are sought to join Balkan, a Mediterranean restaurant located in Banff. The restaurant offers fresh pita wraps, souvlaki, vegetarian options, cocktails, and spirit-free drinks. They also host a weekly Greek Night with entertainment. The Expo/Host role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. As an Expo, responsibilities include ensuring orders are presented properly and in a timely manner. As a Host, the role involves being the first and last point of contact for guests, managing waitlists, and answering inquiries. The position requires attention to detail, initiative, a positive attitude, quickness, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain on their feet for a full shift.

- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Nice To Haves
- Front of house experience is an asset but not necessary
