The Expo controls the flow of food coming out of the kitchen while ensuring that it has been prepared with the highest quality, and according to Over Easy Brand Standards. The responsibilities of this position include: Delivers the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and making sure they have everything they need. Responsible for knowing all Over Easy food Brand Standards. That includes portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards). Prepares, stocks, and maintains sufficient levels of prepped sauces and butters to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly. Completes daily opening and closing checklist.
