About The Position

As an Explore Business Intern in the Finance track, you’ll participate in an experiential learning program designed for students who are early in their academic journey and interested in exploring careers in Finance within the technology industry. You’ll build foundational business and financial acumen through meaningful, hands-on work while developing analytical and problem-solving skills and learning how data, financial tools, and AI-powered technology can support business decisions. Requirements

Currently pursuing full time Bachelor’s degree
Must be enrolled in second year of a 4-year undergraduate degree program at time of application
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Will have completed at least one introductory college level course in a finance, business, or analytics related area (or equivalent) by the start of the program

Nice To Haves

Interest in pursuing a career in financial analysis
Exposure to analytics tools like Power BI
Interest in using AI to improve efficiency and quality

Responsibilities

Gains foundational experience with financial concepts, data, tools, and business processes
Works closely with managers, mentors, and other interns to understand business problems, analyze information, communicate insights, and contribute to solutions
Gains experience with technology and AI-powered tools used to support financial analysis and business decision-making
