As an HR Consultant with HR Works, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client organizations leveraging your HR expertise to deliver thoughtful guidance, practical solutions, and measurable impact, while maintaining a strong work/life balance. Position Summary The HR Consultant partners with clients to assess, design, and implement effective human resources strategies that align with organizational goals. In this role, consultants provide hands‑on guidance and support across the employee lifecycle, offering both strategic insight and operational expertise in areas that may include: Advising on payroll processes and ensuring accurate, compliant biweekly payroll execution Guiding clients through new hire onboarding and employee transitions to support engagement and compliance Consulting on benefits administration, vendor coordination, and employee communications Reviewing and reconciling HR‑related invoices and identifying process efficiencies Providing employee relations guidance, coaching, and issue resolution support Supporting HR compliance initiatives, including policy development and employee handbook maintenance Leading or contributing to special projects, audits, and HR process improvements This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse client environments, develop meaningful partnerships, and deliver HR solutions that are both strategic and practical.
