Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Legend Biotech is seeking an Exploratory Technology Intern as part of the Research and Development team based in Philadelphia, PA. Role Overview The Exploratory Technology intern will support the developing og in vivo CAR-T therapies for the treatment of blood disorders. The summer intern will have a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in in vitro high-throughput lead selection, as well as to contribute to large-scale data analysis from both in vitro and in vivo studies, where proficiency in Python or R would be highly beneficial to the team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate 4 year program.
• Desire to grow in research and exploratory technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor routine mammalian cell line cultures, ensuring optimal growth conditions and cell health.
• Help perform cell-based functional assays to evaluate drug candidates.
• Support viral vector production, including packaging and titration.
• Analyze and interpret datasets from high-throughput binder screening experiments.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and organized experimental records and study reports.
• Communicate findings to the research team.
