About The Position

Leverage advanced and specialized physics research expertise to test and analyze physical phenomena, conduct and shape R&D programs, and support S&T client challenges. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

Experience with SARPy and Matlab SAR toolbox
Experience with RNIIS, information theoretic-based image quality metrics, SAR imagery quality metrics, and sensor metadata, such as graze, or squint
Knowledge of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
Knowledge of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience as a SAR expert, Master's degree and 13+ years of experience as a SAR expert, or Doctorate degree and 11+ years of experience as a SAR expert
